A sound bath is a deeply- immersive, full body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture your mind and body.

You will have a choice of reiki or massage one day.
The demands of daily life can be super taxing on your body. That’s why it pays to take care of it.
Reiki
You will have a choice of either reiki or massage one day.
Reiki is an energy healing technique in which gentle hand movements with the intention to guide the flow of healthy energy through the client's body to reduce stress and promote healing.

Jennifer Haas
One of my life long mottos is to do what you can, with what you have in the moment you are in. It has gotten me to where I am today and been my guide navigating my journey. I am a product of a physical disability however instead of seeing it as a weakness, it has become my strength.
In 2019 I was called to get my yoga certification. Shortly after I had a vision to start a nonprofit, which I named All the People and we have been serving communities since April of 2022. My mission, our mission, is for all people no matter their ability, age or background to be united in movement, pursue a dream and inspire others.
Not only do we serve communities in need we also travel around and spread awareness about our nonprofit at conferences, to businesses and events. If you are new to yoga, if you are advanced, or if you have never done it before; THIS PRACTICE IS FOR YOU! All you need is an attitude of gratitude.

The Owner of Inside Out Mobile Spa in Los Angeles California. She is Celebrity Massage Therapist, a Reiki Master, a Certified Sound Healer, Breathwork Coach, Doula, Kundalini Yoga Teacher and Raw Food Chef.
For over 17 yrs, Amanda has been a passionate holistic healer dedicated to promoting well-being, providing a healing experience and restoring balance to the mind, body and spirit.
